How long before you ship?
I ship the next business day after receiving your cleared payment. I ship every weekday and Saturdays until 1:30. Many times I am able to ship same day if payment is received early in the day.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes! I offer combined shipping for all items in my store. Your shipping discount for multiple items will show up in checkout. I use actual shipping costs based upon the weight of the package. If the shipping paid exceeds the actual cost by more than $1.00, I will refund the excess. If you have questions about whether the shipping cost shown is accurate, please feel free to write me.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards and e-checks securely through PayPal or Google Check Out. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. If you pay with an e-check your shipment will be held until the check clears. Your credit card is automatically charged when you check out.

Where do you ship?
I ship to US Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada and International via The United States Postal Service. I ship the next business day after payment has cleared. Many times I am able to ship the same day if time permits.

Are your products in stock?
Yes, all of my items are in stock and ready to be shipped. I never offer anything that is not in my inventory.

Are you experienced in on-line selling?
Yes, I am very experienced in selling online. I have sold vintage patterns for several years as an Ebay Power Seller and also sell on Etsy.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of my items being vintage, I do not offer refunds unless I have made an error in my description of the item. I check all items before listing them to make sure they are complete and not missing any pages and to describe any defects. However, I am human and can make inadvertent mistakes and will take whatever steps are necessary to correct them. Please ask questions before you buy.
